Schedule a virtual planning session to discuss your anticipated needs prior to your doula arriving. This will take place over the phone or over zoom.
▷ Once Your Baby Arrives
Your postpartum recovery visit takes place inside of the first 48h at home so you have support when you most need it. We can help with postpartum comfort, pain relief and healing as well as provide hand on breastfeeding and newborn care guidance. This visit also provides a great chance for both parents to catch a nap

▷ Pre-birth Planning Session
Before your baby is born your postpartum doula will meet you to plan our time together. We will talk about your vision for your postpartum care, go over some different options with you, and make sure you have the supplies you need on hand. And if you show us around your adorable nursery and force us to look at tiny precious baby clothes, so be it!
▷ In Home Visits
Each week of postpartum doula care will include THREE in home care sessions with your postpartum doula. A session may include help with newborn feeding, making sure everyone gets rest, hydration and nourishment, a kitchen tidy-up or light meal prep for days we are not with you, as well as discussing any worries you have as you settle into newborn life (and so so much more!)
▷ Daily Doula Contact
On days when you don’t have an in person care session, your doula won’t disappear. We will be checking in often, and always welcome texts and calls. Sometimes a friendly chat over morning coffee and maybe a doula tip or two is the best way to start the day.
▷ A customized, premium, postpartum recovery basket
Padsicles, a herbal postpartum soak, breastfeeding supplies, and chocolate! On the day of your first postpartum care session your doula will arrive with all the goodies. We customize for vaginal birth or surgical birth recovery and for families choosing to breastfeed as well as those choosing to formula/bottle feed.
