Welcome to the educational hub of Birth & Beginnings! One of my strongest beliefs as a doula is that information is power. The more you know, the better able you are to make choices you feel GREAT about, that are right for you and your family. Here you will find everything from childbirth education classes to lactation classes and beyond! As a member of the Little Blooming Warriors Birth Collective, I am proud to be able to offer my clients a little bit (or a LOT!) of everything. Looking for a pelvic floor class, optimal fetal positioning class, or a newborn sleep class? We have all of that and so so much more.

If you are a Beginnings Birth Center client, I’VE GOT YOU! Here you will find everything you need, all in one place. ALL classes are approved by the birth center and can be used toward your education requirements. I’ll even throw in a few complimentary optional classes that you didn’t know you needed, but will not want to go without.
